6estetika is a magazine born for my university thesis final project, that embodies my passions, my knowledge, and the skills I gathered throughout my academic career. Each issue focuses on a country in the world (South Korea, Turkey, and Taiwan), telling
and showing the beauty within different niches of the country. The goal of 6estetika is not only to show conventional beauty, but to especially make the unknown beauty visible to those who are not able to seek it for themselves, because even in the littlest and meaningless things, something beautiful can be found: stories and visual images are the protagonists.

THE EDITORIAL PROJECT
This project involves the creation of a publication consisting of three magazines. It focuses on the beauty found in every corner of the world; each issue centers on a specific country and explores its culture and people. This editorial project stems from the need to broaden perspectives, at a time when negative narratives outweigh positive ones and interest in culture is steadily declining. The magazine 6estetika aims to be a compact and easily accessible medium that can help people learn more about the world around that sorrounds them.

THE EDITORIAL PROJECT
NAME CHOICE
6estetika is a name born from the contraction of the number 6 and estetika (aesthetics/beauty). The name relies on an double meaning: in Italian, the word for the number six (sei /ˈsɛi/) is phonetically identical to the second-person singular of the verb to be ("sei", meaning "you are"). Therefore, the name serves as a powerful affirmation directed at the reader: "You are beauty; everything can be beauty."
